Privacy Notice
Your medical information is private. We're not going to share it with marketing companies, other patients, strangers off the street, ex-spouses, or anybody else. So no one will be checking out your chart - with the following exceptions. The doctor will obviously be looking at your chart. The doctor's staff, which at the present time only consists of the doctor's wife, has permission to see it. Sometimes third party plans that help pay for your eye care may, from time to time, have to look at your chart, such as if they audit our office to make sure we're doing a good job and that the proper fees are being charged. So what you tell us about yourself during the exam, and the clinical information we gather about you, stays in the office; you certainly won't have to worry that your name and address will be sold to an advertising firm or anything like that. Thanks for taking the time to read this. You deserve a pat on the back!
